Refunds and exchanges
Items purchased through our web site may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the conditions below are met.
Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only provide a refund if the item is unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
