We are about you and your needs. This is why we were the first in Perth to bring Post Natal Classes to you. With over 25 years experience running Post Natal Classes, we can guarantee no one does it like us. We have volunteers in all our classes that help look after your little ones while you are looking after yourself!
These classes have something for you and your baby.
This class has three components. Our Baby Splash section runs for the first 30 minutes and involves you (or a carer) and your baby in the pool. This session is a water awareness, confidence and familiarisation class in which we are using water and positioning to help improve babies head, neck and tummy control through movement and singing.
We then have a 30 minute break so you can wash and change your baby, feed if you need to and settle them back in their prams.
After this we have volunteers come in and help look after your babies while you get back in the pool for 30 minutes of Aqua Fit for mums.
Mums, this fitness class has been designed with all your needs in mind. The class is designed to cater for all fitness levels. You choose the level you would like to work at! Special attention is paid if you are pregnant or in the early post natal period (6 months after baby).
The class includes cardiovascular and circuit training, weight and body weight training and pilates for strengthening, core stability, toning and conditioning. We also focus on pelvic floor and abdominal rehabilitation in these classes.
We have a range of equipment like fitballs, boxing equipment, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, bosu balls and a variety of resistance bands. The only thing you need to bring is your towel and a drink bottle. There is easy access for prams and there is an enclosed playground area next to the hall (great for your toddlers after the class!).
We also have volunteers that come and help out with your little ones during the class too.

These cover information on preparing yourself for the delivery of your baby and looking after your body through pregnancy and after your baby is born. We discuss pelvic floor muscles, pelvic and back pain and bladder and bowel management.
