But here’s the good news: you don’t have to put up with the pain! 💕Many pregnancy aches, including pelvic girdle pain, are linked to tight hips and glutes. Try this simple muscle release: Sit or stand with a massage ball behind your buttocks. Find a tender spot and gently apply pressure. It should be at the level where you can breathe comfortably through the discomfort. You can either hold on this spot until the discomfort subsides or gently move the ball around the area.
